This Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fee Policy explains charges that apply when a passenger causes damage, excessive dirt, or violates cleanliness or safety rules inside any Basemoyes LLC vehicle.

Our goal is to maintain premium-quality luxury vehicles for all passengers.

1. General Vehicle Care

All passengers are expected to:

  • Treat the vehicle with care
  • Keep the interior clean
  • Avoid damaging seats, doors, windows, or equipment
  • Follow the chauffeur’s instructions regarding safety and cleanliness

Basemoyes LLC reserves the right to charge customers for any damage or cleaning required due to passenger actions.

2. Cleaning Fee Policy

Cleaning fees apply if the passenger leaves the vehicle in a condition requiring professional detailing.

A cleaning fee will be charged for:

✔️ Spilled drinks (coffee, juice, alcohol, soda)

✔️ Food stains or grease stains

✔️ Vomiting inside the vehicle (any reason)

✔️ Mud, sand, liquids, or dirt heavily tracked into the vehicle

✔️ Smoking inside the vehicle (including vape/e-cigarettes)

✔️ Pet hair or odors without pre-approval

3. Cleaning Fee Rates

Cleaning fees may vary depending on the severity of the incident:

• Light cleaning: $50–$100

(small spills, minor dirt)

• Medium cleaning: $150–$250

(spilled drinks, food stains, noticeable interior mess)

• Deep cleaning: $300–$500

(vomit, smoking smell, major spills requiring extraction)

• Smoke odor removal: $300–$800

(depending on severity)

Fees are charged to the payment method on file or invoiced to the corporate client.

4. Vehicle Damage Fee Policy

If a customer causes damage to the vehicle, they will be responsible for full repair costs, including parts and labor.

Examples of chargeable damages include:

✔️ Torn, scratched, or burnt seats
✔️ Broken interior panels
✔️ Damaged screens or electronics
✔️ Broken cup holders, handles, or armrests
✔️ Damaged doors or windows
✔️ Broken charging ports or cables
✔️ Spilled substances affecting electronics
✔️ Damage from luggage or sharp objects

5. Damage Fee Rates

Damage fees depend on the repair type:

• Minor damages: $50–$300

(scratches, stains, broken small attachments)

• Moderate damages: $300–$800

(seat tears, cracked interior panels)

• Major damages: $800–$2,500+

(replacement of screens, electronics, full interior restoration)

• Severe damages: $2,500–$10,000+

(vehicle structural damage, requiring major repair)

6. Smoking Penalty

Smoking of any kind — cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc. — is strictly prohibited.

Smoking fine: $300–$800

(due to professional odor removal & detailing)

7. Payment for Damages or Cleaning

Charges will be applied to:

  • The credit/debit card used for booking
  • Or the corporate account on file

Basemoyes LLC will provide:

  • Photos of the damage
  • A description of the issue
  • Repair or cleaning invoices (if required)

8. Passenger Responsibility

The person who made the booking is financially responsible for:

  • Their own behavior
  • The behavior of all passengers in their group
  • Any damage or mess caused during the ride

Basemoyes LLC may refuse future service to passengers who violate these terms.
