Welcome to Basemoyes LLC, a premium transportation company providing airport transfers, hourly chauffeured service, long-distance rides, and corporate transportation across California and throughout the United States.
By booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Service Description

Basemoyes LLC offers:

  • Airport pickup and drop-off
  • Hourly chauffeured service
  • City-to-city and long-distance transportation
  • Corporate and VIP transportation
  • Event transportation (weddings, conferences)

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue services at any time.


4. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be submitted through our website, email, or approved booking system.
  • A ride is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation email.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate trip details, including date, time, number of passengers, luggage, flight number, and special requests.

Basemoyes LLC is not responsible for delays or service issues resulting from incorrect information.


5. Pricing

  • Prices are displayed during booking and may vary based on location, vehicle type, date, distance, and service type.
  • Additional fees may apply, including tolls, parking, waiting time, cleaning fees, and damage fees.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

✔ PayPal
✔ Square
✔ Cash
✔ Bank transfer

All payments must be completed before or at the time of service unless a corporate agreement states otherwise.


7. Cancellations

  • Free cancellations are allowed up to 5 days before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before pickup are non-refundable.
  • Requests must be submitted by email at info@basemoyes.com.

8. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when:

  • The passenger does not appear within 15 minutes after the pickup time
  • No communication is made to the company
  • Flight arrival information is incorrect or missing

No-shows are fully chargeable, and no refunds apply.


9. Waiting Time

  • 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.
  • After 15 minutes, overtime fees will be applied based on the vehicle type and hourly rate.

10. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Wear seat belts at all times
  • Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully
  • Not engage in smoking, vaping, illegal activity, or violent behavior
  • Avoid damaging or excessively dirtying the vehicle

Failure to follow rules may result in termination of the service without a refund.


11. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

If a passenger causes damage or extreme dirtiness requiring professional cleaning, repair charges will be billed directly to the client.

12. Liability

Basemoyes LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Missed flights due to circumstances outside our control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.


13. Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Behaves aggressively
  • Appears intoxicated
  • Endangers the driver or vehicle
  • Violates safety rules

14. Changes to Terms

Basemoyes LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
