Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes, refunds, and no-shows are handled for all transportation bookings made with Basemoyes LLC.

By booking any service, you agree to the policy below.


2. Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to:

✔ 5 days before the scheduled pickup time

No fees will be applied, and any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.


3. Cancellations Within 5 Days (Non-Refundable)

If you cancel less than 5 days before the scheduled pickup time:

❌ No refund will be issued.

The full amount of the booking will be charged.

This includes cancellations due to:

  • Sudden travel changes
  • Last-minute schedule changes
  • Personal emergencies
  • Incorrect booking details provided by the client

4. Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made on the day of service or within 24 hours of pickup are considered:

❌ Full-charge cancellations (non-refundable)


5. No-Show Policy

A ride is considered a no-show when:

  • The passenger does not appear at the pickup location
  • The passenger is unreachable
  • No communication is made within the first 15 minutes of the pickup time
  • Incorrect flight or pickup details were provided
  • The client refuses service upon driver arrival

❌ No-shows are fully chargeable and non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your booking:

  • Free of charge if requested more than 5 days before pickup
  • Subject to availability and fees if requested less than 5 days before pickup

Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation.


7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take:

  • 5–10 business days to appear in your account
    (depending on your payment provider: Stripe, PayPal, Square, or your bank)

8. Weather, Traffic, and Uncontrollable Delays

Basemoyes LLC is not responsible for refunds caused by conditions outside our control, including:

  • Traffic or road closures
  • Bad weather
  • Airport delays
  • Flight cancellations
  • Mechanical breakdowns
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters

Refunds for such events are not guaranteed.


9. Driver or Company Cancellation

If Basemoyes LLC must cancel your trip due to operational reasons:

✔ A full refund will be issued,

or

✔ You may reschedule at no extra cost.

We will notify you as early as possible.


10. Special Event & Corporate Bookings

For weddings, conferences, VIP events, and corporate accounts:

  • A customized cancellation policy may apply
  • Deposits may be non-refundable
  • Multi-vehicle bookings may require 7–14 days notice

These terms will be stated in the event or corporate agreement.


11. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing:

  • Full name
  • Booking ID
  • Date of service
  • Reason for cancellation

Requests made through WhatsApp, SMS, or social media are not accepted.
