This No-Show & Waiting Time Policy explains how Basemoyes LLC handles late arrivals, waiting time charges, and situations where the passenger does not appear for their scheduled pickup.
Our goal is to offer a fair and transparent system while ensuring punctual service for all clients.
1. Complimentary Waiting Time
Basemoyes LLC provides 15 minutes of free waiting time for all bookings.
Included Waiting Time
- Airport pickups: 15 minutes after the flight is marked “Arrived”
- Home/Hotel pickups: 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time
- Corporate pickups: 15 minutes
After the complimentary period ends, waiting time charges apply.
2. Waiting Time Charges
If the passenger has not entered the vehicle after the free waiting period:
- Waiting time will be charged per minute
- Charges depend on vehicle class and booking type
- Waiting time is automatically added to the final invoice
If waiting exceeds a certain limit, the chauffeur may need to move the vehicle due to airport or city rules.
3. Flight Delay Protection (Airport Only)
For all airport rides:
✔️ We monitor your flight in real-time
✔️ If the flight is delayed, the pickup time automatically adjusts
✔️ No extra charges for flight delays
Passengers will not be charged waiting time until the plane has landed and the complimentary period has passed.
4. Passenger No-Show
A “no-show” is declared when:
- The chauffeur cannot reach the passenger
- The passenger fails to arrive at the pickup location
- The passenger does not answer calls/messages
- The waiting time exceeds the limit without communication
No-show charge: Full booking cost
Once a no-show is recorded:
- The chauffeur leaves the pickup location
- No refund is provided
- Ride will not be rescheduled without a new booking
5. Communication Rules
To avoid no-show fees, passengers must:
- Inform us if they need more time
- Notify us immediately of any delays
- Update us if terminal or gate changes occur

6. Grace Policy (Case-by-Case)
Basemoyes LLC may offer flexibility when:
- There are airport baggage delays
- The passenger notifies us early
- It is a corporate account in good standing
Flexibility is not guaranteed and is approved case by case.
7. Chauffeur Rights
A chauffeur may mark the ride as no-show and leave if:
- The passenger is unreachable
- Waiting time exceeds the allowed period
- The waiting spot is restricted by airport/security rules
- Passenger behavior poses risk
8. Financial Responsibility
The person who made the booking is responsible for all:
- Waiting time fees
- No-show charges
- Extra fees incurred due to delays
Corporate accounts will be billed directly.
