Introduction

This Payment Policy explains how payments, charges, and billing are processed when booking transportation services with Basemoyes LLC.
By completing a booking, you agree to this policy.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

Basemoyes LLC accepts the following payment options:

Online Payments

Stripe (Debit/Credit Cards)
PayPal
Square

Offline Payments

Cash (for some bookings)
Bank Transfer (must be confirmed before service)

We reserve the right to request prepayment for long-distance, special events, or corporate trips.


3. Payment Timing

Depending on the service, payments may be:

✔ Fully prepaid at the time of booking

or

✔ Partially prepaid (deposit) with the remaining balance due before pickup

For VIP events, weddings, or multi-vehicle bookings, full payment may be required in advance.


4. Pricing & Quotations

All prices given by Basemoyes LLC are:

  • Based on distance, vehicle type, and service duration
  • Subject to real-time availability
  • Subject to change without notice unless already paid

A confirmed booking with payment guarantees the selected rate.


5. Taxes & Fees

The final price may include:

  • State & local taxes
  • Airport fees
  • Processing fees (Stripe/PayPal/Square)
  • Tolls
  • Extra stops
  • Overtime charges
  • Cleaning or damage fees (if applicable)

All fees will be clearly listed in the invoice.


6. Invoice & Receipts

After every successful booking:

  • An instant email confirmation is sent
  • A digital invoice/receipt is automatically provided
  • Additional invoices can be requested via email:

7. No-Show & Late Payment Fees

No-show charges:

If a passenger does not appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the booking will be fully charged.

Late payment:

For corporate accounts, unpaid invoices may incur:

  • Late fees
  • Suspension of service
  • Legal collection procedures if necessary

8. Overtime & Extra Charges

Additional charges apply if:

  • The trip exceeds the scheduled duration
  • Waiting time exceeds 15 included minutes
  • Extra stops are added
  • The vehicle is upgraded due to luggage capacity
  • Road conditions require route changes

Overtime is billed in increments depending on vehicle type.


9. Damage & Cleaning Fees

A fee will be applied for:

  • Vomit
  • Liquid spills
  • Food stains
  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Damage to seats, interior, or electronics

These fees will be billed to the customer’s payment method on file.


10. Payment Security

We use encrypted systems and PCI-compliant payment processors:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Square

Basemoyes LLC never stores full credit card details.

Your payment information is securely handled by the providers.


11. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before opening a dispute with the bank, customers must contact us directly at:

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, Basemoyes LLC reserves the right to:

  • Provide booking records and driver logs
  • Provide proof of service
  • Dispute fraudulent claims

Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to service termination.


12. Currency

All payments are processed in:

USD – United States Dollars

International clients are responsible for exchange fees.


13. Refunds

Refunds follow our official Refund & Cancellation Policy, which states:

  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before pickup
  • Non-refundable within 5 days
  • No refund for no-shows
  • Driver cancellations receive full refunds

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.


14. Special Event Payments (Weddings, Conferences, VIP Bookings)

Special events may require:

  • 50% deposit or full payment
  • 7–14 days cancellation notice
  • Non-refundable deposits
  • Signed service agreement

These terms will be provided during booking.


15. Corporate Accounts

Corporate clients may qualify for:

  • Monthly billing
  • Custom rates
  • Dedicated account manager

Invoices must be paid within agreed terms.
