Introduction

This Service & Ride Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, safety standards, and expectations for every passenger using the transportation services provided by Basemoyes LLC.

These rules are designed to protect passengers, drivers, and company property, and ensure a professional and safe travel experience.


2. Driver Professionalism

All Basemoyes LLC drivers are trained to:

  • Provide VIP-level service
  • Drive safely and professionally
  • Assist with luggage
  • Maintain cleanliness and comfort inside the vehicle
  • Respect passengers’ privacy
  • Follow all U.S. state and federal transportation laws

Passengers must treat drivers with respect at all times.


3. Passenger Conduct & Behavior

For everyone’s safety, passengers must NOT:

  • Smoke or vape inside the vehicle
  • Consume alcohol or drugs
  • Engage in aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
  • Distract the driver
  • Request illegal or unsafe driving maneuvers
  • Bring prohibited items (weapons, chemicals, flammable materials, illegal substances)

If a passenger behaves in a way that endangers others, the driver may terminate the trip immediately without a refund.


4. Seat Belt Requirement

All passengers must wear seat belts at all times as required by U.S. law.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Extra charges
  • Removal from the vehicle for safety reasons

5. Luggage & Capacity

Passengers must ensure:

  • The number of passengers does not exceed vehicle capacity
  • Luggage fits safely in the vehicle
  • They inform us in advance of large luggage, sports equipment, strollers, or special items

Oversized or additional luggage may require an upgrade to a larger vehicle.


6. Cleanliness & Food

To maintain a premium travel experience:

  • Eating messy food inside the vehicle is discouraged
  • Passengers must avoid spills, stains, or odors
  • If a professional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee will apply

7. Child Safety Seats

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • Bringing appropriate child safety seats
  • Ensuring the child seat is properly installed

If you need a car seat, it must be booked in advance (extra fee may apply).


8. Pets & Animals

Pets are allowed only with prior notice and must be:

  • In a carrier
  • Clean and calm
  • Not shedding excessively

Service animals are allowed by law at no additional charge.


9. Safety & Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency:

  • Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions
  • Seat belts must remain fastened
  • Passengers must not exit the vehicle unless instructed
  • Tampering with emergency equipment is strictly prohibited

10. Delays & External Conditions

Basemoyes LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Heavy traffic
  • Flight delays or early arrivals
  • Road closures
  • Severe weather
  • Police checkpoints
  • Mechanical issues beyond immediate control

Drivers will always take the safest route available.


11. Alcohol & Substance Policy

Passengers who appear significantly intoxicated may:

  • Be denied service
  • Lose booking rights
  • Be charged a full cancellation fee

Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.


12. Damage to Vehicle

Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to:

  • Seats
  • Interior materials
  • Electronics
  • Windows
  • Doors
  • Equipment

Repair costs will be charged to the client.

13. Lost Items

Basemoyes LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost items left in the vehicle
  • Damage to personal property

If found, items will be returned when possible.


14. Live Tracking & Communication

Drivers may contact passengers before pickup for:

  • Location confirmation
  • Arrival time
  • Special instructions

Passengers must ensure their phone is available.


15. Termination of Service

Basemoyes LLC reserves the right to discontinue service immediately if:

  • Safety is at risk
  • Illegal activities occur
  • A passenger behaves disrespectfully or dangerously

No refund will be issued in such cases.
